By willingly using our Product and Services (ListenNeat App), you agree with
everything mentioned below and give your consent to treat your data and
information as we very distinctly and honestly declare in the descriptive text
hence.
By Registering (signing up) to our Services and Products through our Application named
"ListenNeat", available for download in Google's PlayStore, you agree to us on behalf of you to
save your given credentials and verify them every time you want to log into your ListenNeat
Account.
For the time being we do not operate any payments for our Product and Services, everything is
free of charge, this means we save and process the data (meaning e-mail address, Full Name,
age, gender and pictures if uploaded any) the Client provides us with, without formal verification
process of these credentials through a Bank Institute or any other Formal Provider of Identity.
We do not share any Data or Information mentioned above, such as passwords, emails etc, with
any third-party Individuals or Organizations or Legal Entities. We process the data given to us
by our Clients just for logging in, verifying human-status, retrieving accounts and inside metrics
dedicated for the growth and development of our Products and Services.
Every written private message sent within our Chat System by one of our Clients is encrypted
and needs a special config key to decrypt the message in our Admin panel, which even the
actual Admin & Dev Ops Engineer has strictly prohibited access to and limited time logged in,
always in communication with the CEO and accessing Admin Panel in general is limited to very
significant occasions only, where no other action can be performed to resolve the issue.
Recording Sound through the Device's Microphone is our prominent feature, that's why we ask
for permission to access the functions of the Microphone existing in our Client's Device.
Chat Messaging, again is encrypted. We ask for permission to access the Photos & Images
Library of our Client's Device (e.g. Home Screen / Create Neat / Create Whistle and inside
Chat) so that person is able to send Images (primarily) and Videos (not so much, because we
are focused on what's being listened and not on what's being seen), to another person inside
the App. We do not save or process any Multimedia (Images & Videos) that have not been
uploaded or sent through our Services and inside ListenNeat's line of Services through the App.
We ask for permission to access the Notifications System of our Client's Device in order for that
person to get notified for new content or messages inside the App.
We save and archive, but for the time being we do not process, in raw form the Voice Messages
and Voice Posts and Recordings which are being sent and uploaded through our Product and
Services, for future development of Artificially Intelligent Agencies customized to every Client of
ours needs. Again, we do not share with anyone the referenced information, data and files
(voice messages and recordings) and we do keep them only for our growth and development of
our Product and Services.
If any Client or Person involved into our Hub/Ecosystem wants their Information, Voice
Messages and Saved Data to be deleted permanently and irreversibly, that exact action can be
